How to Prepare:

  1. Preparing Minit Meat is simple

  2. Combine the contents of 1 package with 3/4 cup of cold water.

  3. Mix into dough ball and knead for 15-30 seconds.

  4. Cut or shape into several smaller pieces or into patties.

  5. Drop pieces into 5 cups boiling water. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Immediately remove from water when done. The Minit Meat is done when about 1/2 the water is boiled away.

  6. Minit Meat is ready to eat as is or use in your favorite recipe. May be frozen for later use. Makes approximately 21 ounces of Minit Meat.
